When you use any of our services, you are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions applicable to that service. We reserve the right to change any of the information on www.egoistaprof.com and these terms and conditions at any time. Please read them carefully.

 Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order for salon sales.

CANADA

No Shipping charges will be applied for ground shipments within Canada on invoices over $199.00 CAD (before taxes). Orders under $199.00 CAD  will have a $15.00 CAD shipping fee added at checkout.

 USA

No Shipping charges will be applied for ground shipments within USA on invoices over $199.00 CAD. Orders under $199.00 CAD will have a $20.00 CAD shipping fee added at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Egoista Professional Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Egoista Professional is NOT responsible for loss, damage, confiscation or Acts of God that occur during transit. Because weather conditions can change drastically at any time, we also assume no liability for damage caused by changes in weather during transportation. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, packages returned due to incorrect shipping addresses will be at the purchaser's expense.

Returns

Returns for defective products will be accepted within 7 days of receipt.   Please contact us before returning product.   Product must be returned at customer's expense. There will be no refunds on shipping charges.  10% restocking fee applies on all returned products.

Only items purchased directly from the Egoista Professional site can be returned for refund.
• Shipping fees for all orders are nonrefundable.
• For orders with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted (14.99 CAD)
• Return labels are not provided.
